submission guidelines

VOIR accepts creative and scholarly nonfiction submissions in the form of essays, articles, book reviews, as well as fiction, poetry, and original art. Please submit no more than four poems at a time no more than twice a year. Please submit no more than four works of art at a time no more than twice a year. All written submissions must be in English and previously unpublished, accompanied by a brief biography.

2023 Submissions open July 1 and close on all hallows’ eve.
